San Clemente

San Clemente Real Estate is unlike any other in Southern Orange County. Pulling influence from the Indian and Spanish settlers living near the Mission San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente combines the beauty of the past with the visions of the future.

Ole Hanson, first developed San Clemente Real Estate by purchasing 2,000 acres of land in 1925. Through preservation efforts you can still see the Spanish Colonial style of Ole Hanson’s architecture throughout the city to this day. San Clemente Real Estate, whether residential or business, is still built with Ole Hanson’s signature red tile roof and white stucco in mind.

Having expanded greatly over the years, San Clemente has grown from its original 2,000 acres to 19.468 square miles with nine distinct areas. These area include, Southeast San Clemente, Southwest San Clemente, Central and North San Clemente, the Coastal District, Forster Ranch, Marblehead, Rancho San Clemente, and Talega.

 Talega

The newest of San Clemente Real Estate is Talega. This master planned community was developed in 1999 and contains over 40 different communities. The properties have a uniform look with a mix of single family homes and condo communities that have been planned around their neighborhood school, Vista Del Mar.

Coastal District and Forster Ranch

The Coastal District tucked in on the east side of the freeway, consists of mainly single family homes with most having golf course or ocean views.
