Lina was raised in Australia and worked in the advertising and marketing industry. Lina and her husband have been a homeowner in Pacific Hills, Mission Viejo for 21 years, where they raised their three daughters who all attended local schools and junior college. Lina’s clients appreciate her dedication and desire to assist them in finding a wonderful place to call home! She is a member of the Orange County Board of Realtors – OCAR, California Association of Realtors – CAR, and National Association of Realtors – NAR and recently completed a certification for “At Home with Diversity” where she now has the knowledge to assess and understand the attributes of diversity in the local markets and their impact on the real estate industry.
Katie is a Valedictorian graduate, an avid church attendee and volunteers in the community. She has been residing in Mission Viejo for 5 years with her husband who was born and raised in Mission Viejo and attended the local schools and colleges. After several years of working in marketing and business development for a local medical company, she stepped into the real estate world. Katie’s friendly personality, strong marketing background, and can-do attitude make her a wonderful addition to our Agent Team!
As Closing Manager, Erin’s job is to provide concierge level service to our clients from contract to close. Dedicated to client satisfaction, Erin handles many of the “behind the scenes” details that ensure our escrows run as smoothly as possible, relieving some of the stress inherent in this major life event – selling and/or buying a home. With Erin’s excellent communication, quick response-time and caring guidance, you can be assured that your escrow experience will be a positive one.
Alyssa began her Marketing and Customer Service career in the Golf and Country Club industry working in the Membership department. With much success in marketing she was promoted to Director where she worked for 3 years maintaining all marketing at her country club and planning member events. As the Marketing Coordinator for Sheri Isaacs Real Estate Group she manages all Home Marketing and Advertisements, Website Management, Social Media and CRM Management. Alyssa also works as our Transaction Coordinator, she received the title of Certified Transaction Coordinator through the California Association of Realtors in 2020. She handles all the required paperwork during the escrow process, ensuring that we have a smooth and successful close on your home!
